Training on Public Private Initiatives Katalyst will facilitate training sessions to build the capacity of upazila agricultural officers, upazila based traders, and farmer representatives, on how to form and functionalize Public-Private Initiatives (PPIs), a formal platform between the three key stakeholders in the agricultural sectors. The training sessions will be organized once the stakeholders show their commitment to work together by using these platforms. The training programs will be held in February - March 2012 for members from 40 upazilas, of which 20 upazilas are being implemented under a government led pilot. |
